ow good is this test?
This test is more than 99% accurate. All our tests comply with CE (European Community) and FDA (United States) rules and regulations. The packs are clearly marked with CE and FDA approvals.
What does the test involve?
This test is suitable for you to do at home and measures the levels of F.S.H. in a sample of your urine (includes 2 tests).
Why do I need this test?
The hormone F.S.H. can be raised in women with irregular periods and will steadily rise as a woman gets older. As menopause approaches the levels get particularly high and act as an early warning system. With this test a negative result is going to be good news although its not proof of fertility. A positive test result suggests your fertility is reduced and were commend that you see your doctor to discuss the results and perhaps have more tests done.
When do you use the Test ?
The first morning urine is recommended because it contains the highest levels of F.S.H. Testing at any other time of the day may give false negative test results.
How do you use the Test?
Read all instructions carefully before performing the test.
When ready to urinate remove the test stick from the foil pouch. Discard the foil packet.
Remove the protective cap from the test stick to expose the absorbent tip. Do not throw the cap away.
Hold the test stick by the thumb grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downwards and place directly into the urine stream for at least 10 seconds, until it is thoroughly wet. Do not urinate on the control or result window. If you prefer you may urinate into a clean cup then immerse the absorbent tip into the urine for 10-15 seconds.
Remove the test from the urine stream and replace the protective cap over the wet absorbent tip.
Lay the test stick on a clean, even surface with the viewing windows facing upwards, while you wait for the result. You may notice a pink color moving across the windows as the test begins to work.
Wait five minutes before reading the result.

A negative result is good news although its not proof of fertility. A positive test result suggests your fertility is reduced and we recommend that you see your doctor to discuss the results and perhaps have more tests done.

How soon will you ship, how long will it take, is it insured and is the packaging discreet?
All orders received Monday-Thursday before 3.30pm and all orders received by 1pm on Fridays will be shipped on the same day. All orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. All packages have no indication of content, are marked "Private and Confidential" and the contents are not visible or identifiable from the outside of the package. All shipments to all destinations are fully insured and covered in the event of loss or damage but do not have a tracking number as it is relatively expensive - an extra -and so it is not economical for low value items such as these. If you would like us to send your order with tracking then please contact us for a revised invoice.
All shipments are via Air Mail and usually arrive in 3-5 days for Europe, 5-7 days for North America and 7-10 days to Australasia. All packages are correctly labelled including completed Customs documentation and our specific FDA Import Licence number for all North American shipments. We are legally bound to fill out the customs declarations correctly and honestly so please do not ask us to mark the package as"gift". We are also not responsible for any customs charges that might apply.

Shipping
All UK orders received Monday-Thursday before 3.30pm and all orders received by 12.30pm on Fridays will be shipped on the same day. All overseas orders received Monday-Friday before 12pm UK time will be shipped the same business day. All orders received after these times will be shipped the following business day. All packages have no indication of content, are marked "Private and Confidential" and the contents are not visible or identifiable from the outside of the package. All shipments to all destinations are fully insured and covered in the event of loss or damage - though we will require you to follow some simple steps in order to have a re-fund or re-send in those rare occurrences when your shipment is lost or damaged.
If you click on 'see all details' which is located in the postage section at the top of the listing and put in the quantity that you want and your location, then eBay will calculate the postage charge for you. Returns
Faulty Goods
If there is an item missing from your order or the item you receive is damaged or defective then we will send you a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available then we will refund your purchase in full.
If you do receive faulty or incorrect goods then please hold onto them as we may require you to return them to us. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your payment in full and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalized pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs).
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to cover our fees and expenses from you by only refunding the Buy It Now price of the item/s.
14 Day Cooling-off Period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 calendar days of the item being delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund you in full, provided the item is still in its original condition. We will not refund your costs of returning the item to us. As the items we sell have expiry dates, we will need to receive the goods back within 30 days of receipt. We advise that you use a fully insured posting method when returning the item to us.
