    A beautiful concrete or cement, architectural salvage, ornamental element with oval cartouche, flowers, shell crown, scrolls,  laurel wreath garlands and ribbon.
    Remnants of butter cream chippy paint.
    Measures approximately 25 1/2" T x 23" W and about 5" thick.
