Description

Custom printed circuit boards designed for the crossover of the Solstice MLTL DIY speaker design by Jeff Bagby.
Take the guesswork out of crossover assembly, these boards make the assembly process quick and straightforward.
The boards measure 4.5" x 5.25" and features large solder pads and copper traces for great electrical connectivity

2x Crossover PCBs for the Solstice MLTL speaker design.
8x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire.
8x Snap in PCB standoffs.
8x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary).

L1 - 1.0mH - Jantzen Audio 1.0mH 15 AWG Air Core
L2 - 0.20mH - Jantzen Audio 0.20mH 18 AWG Air Core
L3 - 0.60mH - Jantzen Audio 0.60mH 18 AWG Air Core
R1 - 3 Ohm - Dayton Audio DNR-3.0
R2 - 12.5 Ohm - Mills 12.5 Ohm 12w Non-Inductive Resistor x2
-Note the pair of R2 12.5 Ohm resistors can also be substituted for a single 25 Ohm resistor.
Assembly:
Glue components to the correct positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers and mount crossover board.
