Stunning Antique Victorian Oak Fretwork - Divider Panel- Hotel Broadwater Helena

Description

Beautiful 1889 oak fretwork from the Hotel Broadwater removed from the Hotel at the 1974 auction by Norm Rodgers and recently sold by his son. This piece is
41 5/8 wide x 34 1/2  tall and 3/4 inch thick.
This doorway fret came from the entry to the women's salon on the west side of the building
.
No cracks, warping or major issues. This was removed in 1974 and packed away in a crate and never reinstalled.Minor paint splotches here and there on the upper rail from work done inside the hotel sometime in the 1950s
Panels will be packed in a solid plywood box with screws, wrapped securely for transport.
