TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING
• Please double check that the make and model number is correct when purchasing.
• Verify the color, width, height and depth is exactly what you are requesting and will work before purchasing.
• All "Open-box" and "Blemish” appliances will have an attached inspection form and will be received with invoice once payment is processed.
• Shipping and Freight charges include insurance to protect goods when transported.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
• Unfortunately, we cannot hold any product. Product can only be secured by full payment; partial payments won’t be accepted.
• Upon closing, Customer agrees to make payment of purchase within 3 days.
• Sales Tax is based on location where product is being shipped to. eBay calculates the taxes therefore we are unable to change or remove them.
SHIPPING TERMS
• Shipping cost is for Carrier Curbside drop off only. Curbside drop off is only in front of the home. It does not include relocating to the garage, home, or any other locations.
• When Delivery address is submitted to Carrier it cannot be changed, Carrier will call to schedule with customer to figure the day and time that works best. Please include best phone number to be reached at with shipping information. Persons of age 18 or older must be present to sign for Delivery.
• Delivery addresses that are exceptional like inner cities and rural areas that are harder to get to, may be subject to additional charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship and deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally.
• Please note: We ship on large trucks with tractor trailers. If the delivery address is unable to accommodate that size of a truck, please plan with the shipping company to pick the unit up from their warehouse or choose a location to meet and have the items transferred.
ACCEPTING YOUR APPLIANCE DELIVERY WITH SHIPPING COMPANY - PLEASE READ
• When Drop off Delivery takes place, PLEASE fully inspect product before you sign for it. When inspecting product, look for any rips, tears, holes, gashes, or any type of damage done to the packaging.
• We will email you inspection forms with the invoice to let you know if there is any damage done to the packaging before it leaves our warehouse. If the damaged packaging is minor and you don’t think it has damage underneath, please note that on the bill of landing when you sign for it.
• You are not obligated to sign for the product if you feel uneasy about the damage.
• If the damage is questionable and you want to refuse it, make definite notes of the specific location of the damage done to the appliance and give us a call for a full refund or reshipment if available.
• Once you sign, you are taking full responsibility of the product and you will not be able to claim any damage that was done by the carrier service.
DAMAGE UPON AND AFTER DELIVERY - WHAT STEPS TO TAKE
• On occasion damage does happen while being transported. We will do our best to make it right to obtain your overall customer satisfaction.
• We will work out a solution that could involve replacing the unit (If available) or the part that was damaged, full refund, or issue a damage allowance. We only ask that you carefully inspect the package before accepting the product.
• If the product is declined due to product damage, please give our customer service line a call within 48 hours (please exclude holidays and weekends) at 720-603-4680 or email them at [email protected].
• If damage is discovered after it was signed for, You Must keep all packing material including the box it was received in. Take a photo of the damage, email to [email protected] with a brief description of the damage with the photo(s) and include your order number and contact info.
