Anytime you meet another Vietnam Vet you always ask,"When were you In Country".  Proudly point on you jacket, shirt, vest or hat the exact dates of your tour.  If a non vet asks you he immediately sees the word Vietnam is in bold green letters with the Vietnam Service Ribbon colors as a background.  The patch has a heat sealed backing so if you want to press it in place, make sure you have a hot iron.  The patch is 4" wide x 3/4" high.  There is nothing with these colors on the market.  Shipping to US only.
